A biogas-polygeneration plant will be constructed in proximity to the local sewage water treatment plant and two industrial companies. The biogas plant will use a variety of bio-waste such as sewage sludge, starch industrial waste, food processing waste and bio-waste from farmers, to produce electricity, heat and gas-fuel for the industrial area near-by. This would create an area that is nearly energy self-sufficient.
